जनता कर्फ्यू और लाकडाउन दोनों से सोशल डिस्टैन्सिंग का उद्देश्य पूरा हो जाता है. सोशल डिस्टैन्सिंग को दुनिया के दूसरे देशों ने भी लागू किया. मोदी जी ने इसको लागू करके एक अच्छा काम किया और वही किया जो उन्हें करना चाहिए था. लेकिन भारत के अलावा किसी और देश ने सोशल डिस्टैन्सिंग में कोई एक्सेसरी नहीं जोड़ा. तो मोदी जी ने ताली, थाली और मोमबत्ती, दीया, टॉर्च या मोबाइल की फ्लैशलाइट सोशल डिस्टैन्सिंग में क्यों जोड़ा?

अब थोड़ा विचार करते हैं कि जनता कर्फ्यू और लालडाउन के दौरान मोदी जी को क्या काम करने थे? कहीं ऐसा तो नहीं कि जो उन्हें करना चाहिए था वह करने में वो नाकाम होने वाले थे और उसी नाकामी को छिपाने के लिए एक्सेसरीज जोड़ दिया ताकि लोग इवेंट मनाने और मौज मस्ती में व्यस्त रहे और मोदी जी की नाकामी पर कुछ समय के लिए पर्दा हट जाए?

लाकडाउन के दौरान उन्हें 3 काम करने थे जो उन्होंने नहीं किया.

1. डॉक्टर्स और हेल्थ कर्मियों के लिए PPE की व्यवस्था करना

2. कोरोना वायरस के मरीजों के लिए टेस्ट किट्स और वेंटीलेटर उपलब्ध कराना और

3. आम जनता खास तौर से दिहाड़ी मजदूरों और उनके परिवारों के भोजन और घर के किराए की व्यवस्था करना

क्या मोदी जी ने अपनी असफलता से जनता का ध्यान हटाने हेतु किया कैंडल लाइटिंग कॉल?

मोदी जी को मालूम था कि ये जरूरी काम करने में वह नाकाम साबित होंगे, इसीलिए उन्होंने देश का ध्यान भटकाकर जनता को ताली थाली और दीये जलाओ में व्यस्त रखा. उनको उम्मीद थी कि जनता पूरे लाकडाउन और जनता कर्फ्यू के दौरान उनके इवेंट्स की यादों में खोई रहेगी और उनकी नाकामियों की ओर जनता का ध्यान बिलकुल नहीं जाएगा.

प्रधानमंत्री ने जनता कर्फ्यू के दौरान जनता की सेवा में लगे लोगों का आभार व्यक्त करने के लिए ताली थाली या घंटी बजाने को कहा था. इस एक्सेसरी के माध्यम से उन्होंने जनता कर्फ्यू को एक इवेंट बनाने की कोशिश किया था और वह इस में कामयाब भी रहे. मोदी जी ने कहा था “डॉक्टरों, नर्सों, पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ, सरकारी अधिकारियों, सशस्त्र बलों और पुलिस के सदस्यों, आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारियों और हर तरह के व्यक्ति जो दूसरों की केयर करते हैं, की सराहना करने का एक छोटा सा टोकन” होगा यह ताली, थाली और घंटी बजाना.

मोदी जी के इस ताली, थाली इवेंट ने जनता कर्फ्यू का जो मकसद था उसे नाकाम कर दिया. क्योंकि लोग ताली, थाली, घंटियाँ एवं शंख बजाने के लिए भीड़ के रूप में इकठ्ठा हुए. जश्न मनाकर लोगों ने अपना मनोरंजन किया. कोरोना वायरस से सजगता बिलकुल ही नहीं दिखाया लोगों ने. वास्तव में अज्ञानियों की भीड़ ने केवल ताली थाली का आनंद लिया. सेलिब्रेशन को लोगों ने मोदीमय बनाया. मोदी शायद यही चाहते थे. लेकिन इससे सोशल डिस्टैन्सिंग का मक़सद बिलकुल ध्वस्त हो गया. मोदी जी के ताली थाली ने जनता कर्फ्यू का उद्देश्य पूरा नहीं होने दिया. अगर उल्लास मनाने वालों की भीड़ में कोई कोरोना संक्रमित इंसान रहा होगा, तो क्या कोरोना वायरस उस से फैलेगा नहीं?

कैंडल लाइटिंग लाकडाउन की एक एक्सेसरी थी

जनता कर्फ्यू के बाद मोदी जी ने लाकडाउन घोषित किया. इस लाकडाउन में भी उन्होंने मोदी इवेंट की एक एक्सेसरी जोड़ दिया. यह एक्सेसरी थी 5 अप्रैल को देशवासियों से दीये जलाने की अपील.

मोदी जी आप के अंध समर्थकों ने आपकी कैंडल लाइट कॉल का लुत्फ़ उठाया. देश के विभिन्न शहरों में मशाल जुलूस निकले और गाजे बाजे बजे. पटाखे फूटे और डांस करते लोग सड़कों और गली मुहल्लों में नज़र आये. आपके अंध समर्थक ऐसे हर्षोल्लास मनाते नज़र आये जैसे वे कोई शादी या कोई ख़ुशी का त्यौहार मना रहे हों. कोरोना वायरस महामारी के खिलाफ लाइट जलाकर जिस 130 करोड़ जनता की महाशक्ति को प्रदर्शित करने का आवाहन आप ने किया था, वह एक मनोरंजन के साधन के रूप में बदल गयी.

Lockdown Declaration Was A Failure

यह कौन सा Lockdown है जिसमें घरों के अंदर लोग लॉक हुए ही नहीं बल्कि बाहर निकल कर जश्न मनाने लगे? जिसने एक महामारी के खिलाफ महाशक्ति दिखाने के अवसर को मनोरंजन और लुत्फ़ के रूप में बदल दिया? क्या आप यही हासिल करना चाहते थे? निश्चित ही आप यह नहीं हासिल करना चाहते थे.

इस तरह आप दीये जलवाकर कोरोना के खिलाफ जनता की महाशक्ति दिखाने में असफल हुए.

बलरामपुर की जिला BJP महिला मोर्चा की प्रेजिडेंट मंजू तिवारी को हाथ में पिस्तौल पकड़े और हवा में गोलियां चलाते हुए देखा गया जबकि उनके आस-पास के लोगों को हंसते और तालियां बजाते हुए सुना गया.

बीजेपी के तेलंगाना के विधायक कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ विरोध मार्च निकालते हैं और “चाइना वायरस गो बैक” का नारा लगाते हैं. क्या यह नारा लगाने से कोरोना वायरस वापस चला जाएगा जहां से आया है वहाँ?

राजा सिंह ने अपने समर्थकों के साथ, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा मोमबत्ती, दीया, टॉर्च या मोबाइल की फ्लैशलाइट की रौशनी करने के जवाब में मशालें जलाईं.

But the accessories I’m going to talk about are the clapping and banging the plates and lighting candles, lamps, Torchlights or mobile flashlights. These are the accessories of Mr. Modi’s speech on Janta Curfew and Lockdown. Mr. Modi’s speech on these two subjects was about controlling the coronavirus pandemic. Then what was the contribution of these accessories to control the pandemic.

Who Benefitted From The Accessories

Did Mr. Modi’s accessories to Janta Curfew and Lockdown contribute anything to control the coronavirus epidemic?

Why did Mr. Narendra Modi add these accessories in Janata curfew and lockdown? Who did these accessories benefit – the corona infected patients, the general public or the country as a whole?

Both Janta Curfew and Lockdown serve the purpose of social distancing. Other countries of the world also implemented social distancing. Mr. Modi did a great job by implementing it and he only did what he should have done. But apart from India, no other country has added any accessory to social distancing. So why did Mr. Modi add clap, thali and candle, Diya, flashlight or mobile flashlight to social distancing?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi knew that he would not be able to procure the above mentioned things. That was why he distracted the attention of the country and kept the people busy in clapping, banging plates and lighting lamps. In doing so he expected that the public would be lost in the memories of the those candle lighting and tali, thali events.

During the Janata curfew, the Prime Minister had asked the people to clap, bang thali or ring the bell to express gratitude to the people engaged in public service. Through this accessory, he tried to make Janata curfew an event and he was successful in it. Modi ji had said “a small token of appreciation to doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, government officials, members of the armed forces and police, disaster management officers and every kind of person who cares for others” would be to clap. , bang Plate and ring the bell.

The Purpose Behind Janta Curfew Was To Enforce Social Distancing

What was the purpose of Janata curfew? The purpose was to enforce social distancing which failed as people gathered as a crowd to clap, bang thali and ring the bells. People entertained themselves as if they were celebrating an event. People didn’t show any awareness of coronavirus pandemic at all. In fact, the crowd of ignorant people only enjoyed the tali thali. Celebration made people happy. This is probably what Modi wanted. But this completely destroyed the purpose of social distancing. Mr. Modi’s tali thali did not allow the purpose of Janata curfew to be fulfilled. If there had been a corona-infected person in the crowd of enthusiasts, wouldn’t he have spread the virus to the crowd?

After Janata curfew, the Prime Minister declared a lockdown. Again, Mr. Modi added an accessory. This accessory was an appeal to the countrymen to light candles on 5 April.

The blind supporters of Mr. Modi enjoyed his candle light call. Torch processions were held in various cities of the country and the musical instruments were played. People used Firecrackers to enthused themselves and danced on the streets and in neighborhoods. Modi’s followers were seen celebrating in such a way as if they were attending a wedding or some festival. Mr. Modi had called on the super power of 130 million people to their unity to fight against coronavirus epidemic. However, that turned into an entertainment tool for them. The lockdown became meaningless as people didn’t lock themselves inside their houses. Instead, they went out and celebrated and enjoyed the event. Is that what Mr. Modi wanted to achieve? Surely, he did not want to achieve this. That way, his candle lighting failed to show the superpower of people against Coronavirus pandemic.
